ICSET 2024
The ICT Academy of Kerala annually organizes the International Conclave on Skills, Engineering, and Technology (ICSET), serving as a forum for academia and industry. ICSET brings together renowned leaders and experts from various fields, such as science, technology, business, government, and social development, to deliberate and exchange ideas on a specific technological theme. In conjunction with ICSET, the 2024 edition of the Techathlon, an annual Technical Skills Competition organized by ICTAK, will also take place.
The event will be hosted at the Adlux International Convention Center in Angamaly on September 27, 2024, featuring key highlights such as participation over 2,500 students representing over 350 institutions, contributions from experts in both industry and academia, and multiple venues and breakout sessions. Each year the conclave focus on a specific theme relevant to present and this year it is ‘The Quantum Leap: AI & Beyond’.

Annual technical skills competition
Techathlon 2024
The annual Technical Skills Competition organized by the ICT Academy of Kerala, with support from Google for Developers Edu Program and Reflections Info Systems, provided an exciting opportunity for students to showcase their talents through phases focused on employability skills assessments and project development. Participants engaged in learning, building projects aligned with the competition theme, and competing to demonstrate their skills from June 25 to September 15.

Celebrating a decade of excellence
10 Years of ICTAK
ICTAK’s Decennial Celebrations were inaugurated in grand style on June 24, 2024, at the C-DAC Amphitheater in Technopark Campus. This milestone event featured the exchange of multiple Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with prominent organizations, witnessed by Dr. R. Bindu, Hon. Minister of Higher Education, Govt. of Kerala, and other distinguished guests. Chief Minister Shri. Pinarayi Vijayan sent a congratulatory message, while founding Chairman Mr. S.D. Shibulal highlighted ICTAK’s achievements and future potential in his video message.
The Decennial Celebrations will continue throughout the year, with a variety of programs planned in the coming months. All annual events will also be incorporated into these celebrations.
