User Agreement

Academic Membership Program – Regular Members

The institution agrees to the following terms while applying to the program.

1. Self Declaration: All information provided by the Institution is accurate to the best of its knowledge and belief, and it is competent to enter into this understanding.
2. No other Licenses: The Institution neither grants nor receives any rights under copyright, patents, or other intellectual property rights of ICTAK except as expressly mentioned by ICTAK.
3. No Financial Liability: No provision of this understanding shall require or be interpreted to require either the Institution or ICTAK to advance or risk its own funds or otherwise incur any financial liability in the performance of any of its duties hereunder.
4. ICTAK Events: No ICTAK events and programs, including those in which the members get priority and/or discounts, do not come under the purview of the Academic Membership Program. Institutions may or may not participate in the ICTAK events, irrespective of the membership status.

Reservation of Rights: ICTAK reserves the right to modify the free benefits and discounts, based on the availability of the seats.
