Academic training includes a variety of programs to enhance theoretical ​knowledge and practical skills. These include hands-on workshops, industry ​readiness programs, upskilling initiatives, and expert sessions. Internships ​provide real-world experience, while partner training programs ensure ​relevance through industry collaboration. Together, these initiatives equip ​individuals with comprehensive skills for their careers.

The ICT Academy of Kerala offers Academic Membership Program, an ​initiative aimed at fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange between ​ICTAK and esteemed engineering, management, science institutions, ​polytechnic colleges, and ITIs across the state. Through this program, ​selected institutions will have the opportunity to join our vibrant community ​and benefit from a range of resources, networking opportunities, and ​professional development initiatives.

There are two types of membership available, Regular Membership and ​Premium Membership. Initially, selected institutions will be granted Regular ​Membership. After one year, based on their active involvement in the ​program, they will become eligible for Premium Membership opening up ​additional benefits and opportunities.
