The candidates shall be responsible for occasionally checking the updates and amendments thereto as maybe posted on the website.<\/p>\n<p>Common Terms<br \/>\nPlease ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria for the program you intend to join before admission. ICTAK reserves the right to cancel your candidature at any point if you are found to be ineligible.<br \/>\nThe scholarship is subject to the terms and conditions specified by ICTAK below, and the candidate&#8217;s eligibility will be reviewed twice throughout the entire program.<br \/>\nUnless stated otherwise, fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.<br \/>\nCandidates must have an active email address and mobile number to complete the registration process.<br \/>\nAdmission to the program does not automatically grant the candidates a right to the certificate. The certificate of completion will only be awarded to candidates who meet all the standards set by ICTAK for program completion.<br \/>\nUpon admission, please check your registered email regularly (both inbox and spam folder) for training-related communications. ICTAK will not be responsible for any missed communications.<\/p>\n<p>Scholarship Terms<br \/>\nThere will be a scholarship test for those who wish to avail themselves of the scholarship benefit.<br \/>\nCandidates who score 60% or above on the scholarship test shall be eligible for the scholarship, provided they are unemployed.<br \/>\nThose availing themselves of scholarships are required to maintain a minimum of 80% attendance throughout the duration of the program (live). Defaulting on this term will make the candidate liable to pay the fee prescribed by ICTAK.<br \/>\nIf at any time ICTAK discovers a misrepresentation or fraudulent submission from the candidate regarding the scholarship, ICTAK reserves the right to recover the actual fee from the candidate and seek appropriate remedies that ICTAK deems necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Industry Readiness Programs<br \/>\nThe following terms and conditions will be applicable for the Industry Readiness Programs in addition to the Common Terms.<\/p>\n<p>General Terms<br \/>\nThe scholarship test seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, as the seats are limited.<br \/>\nThe program fee will be refunded if the claim is made five days before the commencement of the class\/batch. For further details, please read our Refund Policy.<br \/>\nCandidates who choose \u2018Full Payment\u2019 at the payment portal will receive a 10% reduction on the total fee.<br \/>\nScholarship Schemes<br \/>\nA. ICTAK Meritorious Scholarship (40% of the Program Fee)<br \/>\nCandidates are eligible for a 40% scholarship if they score above 60% on the admission test.<br \/>\nB. Special Offer (15% Cashback)<br \/>\nCandidates who do not qualify for the above scholarship can receive a 15% cashback on the program fee after successful completion of the program.<\/p>\n<p>Upskilling Programs<br \/>\nThe following terms and conditions will be applicable for all the upskilling programs in addition to the Common Terms.<\/p>\n<p>General Terms<br \/>\nThe scholarship test seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, as the seats are limited.<br \/>\nThe program fee will be refunded if the claim is made five days before the commencement of the class\/batch. For further details, please read our Refund Policy.<br \/>\nScholarship Schemes<br \/>\nA. ICTAK Meritorious Scholarship (40% of the Program Fee)<br \/>\nCandidates are eligible for a 40% scholarship if they score above 60% on the admission test.<br \/>\nB. Special Offer (15% Cashback)<br \/>\nCandidates who do not qualify for the above scholarship can receive a 15% cashback on the program fee after successful completion of the program.<\/p>\n<p>Essential Skill Programs<br \/>\nThe following terms and conditions will be applicable for the Essential Skill Programs in addition to the Common Terms.<\/p>\n<p>General Terms<br \/>\nThe scholarship test seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, as the seats are limited.<br \/>\nThe program fee will be refunded if the claim is made five days before the commencement of the class\/batch. For further details, please read our Refund Policy.<br \/>\nScholarship Schemes<br \/>\nA. ICTAK Meritorious Scholarship (40% of the Program Fee)<br \/>\nCandidates are eligible for a 40% scholarship if they score above 60% on the admission test.<br \/>\nRefund Policy<br \/>\nThe ICT Academy of Kerala, being a not-for-profit organization, strives to ensure total satisfaction for our learners. Therefore, we entertain fee refund requests based on the following conditions, which are referred to as valid reasons:<\/p>\n<p>The registration fee collected at the time of registration (INR 250 + 18% GST) is non-refundable and non-transferable.<br \/>\nIf a learner does not meet the eligibility criteria for a particular program and has already paid the program fee, they may request to withdraw their registration and apply for a refund.<br \/>\nAll refund requests must be made at least five-days before the commencement of the program\/batch.<br \/>\nRequests for a change of program\/batch should also be made at least five-days before the commencement of the program\/batch.<br \/>\nA candidate is eligible for a refund if the program start date is extended by ICTAK due to unforeseen circumstances.<br \/>\nAdditionally, a candidate is entitled to a full refund if ICTAK cancels the batch due to insufficient student registrations. In such cases, ICTAK will notify the candidates via email regarding the batch cancellation.<br \/>\nHow to Apply for a Refund?<br \/>\nAll formal refund requests should be submitted through the student&#8217;s registered email (the email used to register for the program) to info@ictkerala.org<br \/>\nThe refund request email must include the student&#8217;s name, contact number, the name of the program registered for, fee payment details (including the date of registration or fee payment), and the student\u2019s bank account details, including the IFSC code and branch name.<br \/>\nRefund Process<br \/>\nIf an applicant submits a refund request via email, an ICTAK representative will contact the applicant to verify the request before proceeding with further processing.<br \/>\nAll refund requests that meet the eligibility criteria will be processed within 15 business days.<br \/>\nIn all cases, the refund amount, after deducting payment gateway charges and applicable taxes (if any), will be credited to the account from which the payment was made.<br \/>\nRefund Denial<br \/>\nICTAK reserves the right to deny a refund in the case of the following (not limited to):<\/p>\n<p>All Refund requests received after the closure of the Refund window will be rejected. The refund window will be closed five-days before the commencement or start date of the program.<br \/>\nAll Refund requests received after the commencement of the program\/course, even if the student did not attend any sessions and or did not avail of any services will be rejected.<br \/>\nThere will be no refund in the event of cancellation of registration due to disciplinary action initiated against the student.<br \/>\nDeferral Policy<br \/>\nIf a student is unable to dedicate adequate time to learning and can provide proof of their inability to attend the program, ICTAK will offer the opportunity to join another upcoming batch by paying an additional fee of 2,000 INR. However, the student may avail themselves of this deferral option only once and must join the next batch within six months from the closing date of the original batch for which they were registered.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Essential Skill Programs<br \/>\nThe following terms and conditions will be applicable for the KKEM Microskill Programs in addition to the Common Terms.<\/p>\n<p>General Terms<br \/>\nThe scholarship test seats are on a first-come first-served basis as the seats are limited.<br \/>\nThe admission fee payable shall be refunded if the claim is made 5 days before the commencement of the class\/batch. For further details, kindly read our Refund Policy.<br \/>\nScholarship Schemes<br \/>\nA. KKEM Scholarship (70% of the Program Fee)<br \/>\nCandidates from Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe communities<br \/>\nCandidates from the Fishermen community<br \/>\nCandidates Transgender community<br \/>\nWomen candidates from BPL families<br \/>\nWomen candidates from single parent families<br \/>\nCandidates from the PWD category<br \/>\nB. ICTAK Meritorious Scholarship (40% of the Program Fee)<br \/>\nCandidates belonging to all other categories are eligible for a scholarship of 40% if they score above 60% on the admission test.<br \/>\nC. Special Offer (15% Cashback)<br \/>\n15% cashback on the program fee, after successful completion of the program. Only applicable to candidates who do not come under the other two scholarship categories.<br \/>\nScholarship Terms<br \/>\nThere will be a scholarship test for those who wish to avail the benefit of the scholarship.<br \/>\nThe candidates who score 60% and above on the scholarship test shall be eligible for the scholarship, provided they are unemployed.<br \/>\nThose availing scholarships are required to have a minimum of 80% of attendance throughout the duration of the program (live). In such an event, ICTAK will intimate the candidates by mail about the cancellation of the batch.<br \/>\nHow to Apply for a Refund?<br \/>\nAll formal refund requests should be through the registered email (mail id used to register for the program\/course) by the student to info@ictkerala.org.<br \/>\nThe refund request email should contain details including the name of the student, contact number, name of the program\/course registered, fee payment details including date of registration or fee payment, and student\u2019s bank account details with IFSC code and branch name.<br \/>\nRefund Process<br \/>\nIf an applicant sends a refund request by mail, an ICTAK representative will connect with the applicant to verify the request before processing it further.<br \/>\nAll refund requests meeting the above-mentioned eligibility criteria will be processed within 15 business days.<br \/>\nIn all cases, the amount after deducting the payment gateway charges and applicable taxes (if any) will be credited to the applicant&#8217;s account from which the payment has been made.<br \/>\nRefund Denial<br \/>\nICTAK reserves the right to deny a refund in the case of the following (not limited to):<\/p>\n<p>All Refund requests received after the closure of the Refund window will be rejected. However, the student can avail of this deferral option only once and should join the next batch within 6 months from the date of closing of the original batch for which he\/she was registered.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nanoskill Programs<br \/>\nThe following terms and conditions will be applicable for the MCC Health Information Technology in addition to the Common Terms.<\/p>\n<p>General Terms<br \/>\nAdmission to the program is on a first-come, first-served basis since the number of seats available is limited.<br \/>\nCandidates who register before March 20th shall be eligible for an &#8216;Early Bird Concession&#8217;.<br \/>\nThe candidates eligible for \u2018Early Bird Concession\u2019 shall receive a discount of 5,000 INR from the total fee.<br \/>\nThe Training will be conducted in Malabar Cancer Centre, Moozhikkara Post, Thalassery, Kannur.
