Thank you for visiting.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"nav fusion-mobile-tab-nav\"><ul class=\"nav-tabs\" role=\"tablist\"><li role=\"presentation\"><a class=\"tab-link\" data-toggle=\"tab\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"tab-ac609653db92ba6dd4d\" aria-selected=\"false\" tabindex=\"-1\" id=\"mobile-fusion-tab-admission&amp;refundpolicy\" href=\"#tab-ac609653db92ba6dd4d\"><h6 class=\"fusion-tab-heading\">Admission &amp; Refund Policy<\/h6><\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"tab-pane fade fusion-clearfix\" role=\"tabpanel\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-labelledby=\"fusion-tab-admission&amp;refundpolicy\" id=\"tab-ac609653db92ba6dd4d\">\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #0099cc;\">Admission &amp; Programme Fee &#8211; Refund, Cancellation &amp; Deferral Policy<\/h1>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>ICT Academy of Kerala<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>Effective Date:<\/strong> 1<sup>st<\/sup> April 2025<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\">1. <strong>Purpose<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">This Policy governs the Program Fee, refund, cancellation, transfer, and deferral of the Programme Fee paid by the Candidates for the training Programmes offered by ICT Academy of Kerala (&#8220;ICTAK&#8221;). It is intended to ensure a fair, transparent, and consistent process for all candidates.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Payment of the Registration Fee shall be deemed as acceptance of this Policy and all applicable terms and conditions of ICTAK.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\">2. <strong>Definitions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">For the purpose of this Policy:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">2.1. <strong>Admission<\/strong> means the process by which a Candidate is enrolled into the Programme, upon payment of the Programme Fee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">2.2. <strong>Candidate<\/strong> means the person who has Registered for an ICTAK Programme by paying the Registration Fee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">2.3. <strong>Policy<\/strong> means the \u2018Admission &amp; Programme Fee &#8211; Refund, Cancellation &amp; Deferral Policy\u2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">2.4. <strong>Programme<\/strong> means the training programme offered by ICTAK for which the Candidate has Registered and paid the Registration Fee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">2.5. <strong>Programme Commencement Date<\/strong> means the date officially notified by ICTAK as the commencement date of the Programme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">2.6. <strong>Programme Fee<\/strong> means the amount paid by the Candidate to ICTAK for enrolment into the Programme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">2.7. <strong>Refund Request<\/strong> means a written request, stating the reason(s) for such request, submitted by the Candidate through the Registered email ID, in the manner set out in Clause 6.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">2.8. <strong>Registered<\/strong> means the act of completing the Registration Form and paying the Registration Fee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">2.9. <strong>Registered email ID<\/strong> means the email address through which the Candidate has Registered for the Programme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">2.10. <strong>Registration Fee<\/strong> means the application fee paid by the Candidate while applying to the Programme by completing the Registration Form.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">2.11. <strong>Registration Form<\/strong> means the application form completed by the Candidate for registering to the Programme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">2.12. <strong>Working Days<\/strong> means Monday to Friday excluding Government holidays.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\">3. <strong>Registration &amp; Admission Procedure<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">3.1. The Registration Fee paid by the Candidate is strictly towards registration, is non-refundable, and does not, by itself, guarantee or entitle the Candidate to Admission.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">3.2. Upon the payment of the Registration Fee, ICTAK shall contact the Candidate within 48 hours and inform them of the applicable Programme Fee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">3.3. Admission shall be confirmed only upon the payment of the Programme Fee by the Candidate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">3.4. If the Candidate fails to pay the Programme Fee before the Programme Commencement Date, the Candidate&#8217;s registration shall lapse, and ICTAK shall be under no obligation to grant Admission to such Candidate.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\">4. <strong>Eligibility for Programme Fee Refund<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">A Candidate shall be eligible for a refund of the Programme Fee only under the following circumstances:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\">4.1 <strong>Programme Cancellation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">If ICTAK cancels a Programme due to insufficient enrolment, operational reasons, or any other reason, the Candidate shall be eligible for a refund, after deduction of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">GST and statutory deductions, wherever applicable, and<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">any non-refundable Registration Fee, if applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\">4.2 <strong>Voluntary Withdrawal Before Programme Commencement Date<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Refund Requests received at least five (5) calendar days before the Programme Commencement Date shall be eligible for a refund after deduction of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">applicable payment gateway charges;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">GST and statutory deductions, wherever applicable; and<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">any non-refundable Registration Fee notified at the time of Admission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\">4.3 <strong>Programme Postponement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Where ICTAK postpones the commencement of a Programme by more than thirty (30) calendar days from the originally announced Programme Commencement Date, the Candidate may either:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">continue with the revised schedule; or<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">request a refund under this Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\">5. <strong>Cases Where Refund Will Not Be Granted<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Refund shall not be available in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">5.1. Refund Requests received less than five (5) calendar days before the Programme Commencement Date.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">5.2. Refund Requests received after commencement of the Programme.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">5.3. Absence of the Candidate from classes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">5.4. Voluntary discontinuation by the Candidate after the Programme Commencement Date.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">5.5. Failure of the Candidate to submit mandatory documents.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">5.6. Removal of the Candidate due to disciplinary action.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">5.7. Violation of ICTAK&#8217;s policies by the Candidate.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">5.8. Termination of the Candidate for misconduct, malpractice, or fraudulent activities.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">5.9. Failure of the Candidate to complete Programme Fee payment obligations.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">5.10. Withdrawal of scholarship or sponsorship due to the Candidate&#8217;s default.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">5.11. The Candidate securing employment after joining the Programme.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">5.12. Internet connectivity issues or personal technical limitations affecting participation in online Programmes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\">6. <strong>How to Apply for Refund<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">A Refund Request shall be submitted only through the Candidate\u2019s Registered email ID, addressed to info@ictkerala.org<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">The Refund Request shall include the following details :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">a. Full Name<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">b. Mobile Number<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">c. Registered email ID<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">d. Programme Name<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">e. Batch<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">f. Date of Payment<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">g. Transaction ID<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">h. Amount Paid<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">i. Reason for Refund<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">j. Bank Account Holder Name<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">k. Account Number<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">l. IFSC Code<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">m. Bank Name<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">n. Branch Name<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">o. Cancelled Cheque\/Passbook Copy (if required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>*Incomplete applications may delay processing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\">7. <strong>Refund Processing<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Upon receipt of the Refund Request:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">a. ICTAK may verify the authenticity of the Refund Request.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">b. ICTAK may request additional documents from the Candidate, as required.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">c. Refunds approved under this Policy shall normally be processed within 30 Working Days after completion of verification.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">d. ICTAK shall not be responsible for delays caused by the processing timelines of banks or payment gateways, which are beyond its control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\">8. <strong>Mode of Refund<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">8.1. Refunds shall only be made to the Candidate&#8217;s bank account, as furnished in the Refund Request.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">8.2. Cash refunds shall not be entertained under any circumstances.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\">9. <strong>Deductions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">The following deductions may apply, wherever applicable, while processing a refund :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">a. Payment gateway charges<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">b. Banking charges<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">c. GST already remitted<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">d. Statutory taxes<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">e. Non-refundable Registration Fee<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">f. Charges payable to third-party service providers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\">10. <strong>Batch Transfer &amp; Deferral Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Subject to seat availability, ICTAK may permit a one-time transfer to another batch if requested at least five (5) calendar days before the Programme Commencement Date. Approval of any such request shall be at the sole discretion of ICTAK.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">The following conditions shall apply :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">10.1. Only one batch transfer or deferral shall be permitted per Candidate.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">10.2. The request must be made before the Programme Commencement Date, or within such period as may be notified by ICTAK.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">10.3. The Candidate shall submit all necessary supporting documents, as required by ICTAK.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">10.4. An administrative fee of \u20b92,000 shall apply for each approved transfer or deferral.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">10.5. A deferral shall be valid only for the immediate next available batch and, in any case, shall not exceed a period of six (6) months from the original Programme Commencement Date.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">10.6. Any revision in the Programme Fee applicable to the transferred\/deferred batch shall be payable by the Candidate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\">11. <strong>Force Majeure<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">ICTAK shall not be liable for any delay, suspension, postponement, or cancellation of the Programme caused by events beyond its reasonable control (\u201cForce Majeure Evets\u201d), including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">a. Natural disasters;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">b. Floods ;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">c. Pandemic;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">d. Government Orders;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">e. Civil unrest ;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">f. War ;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">g. Lockdown ;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">h. Internet or utility failures;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">i. Fire ;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">j. Labour disputes;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">In the event of any Force Majeure Event, ICTAK may, at its sole discretion, reschedule, postpone, conduct the Programme online, or make such other alternative arrangements as it deems fit, in lieu of a refund.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\">12. <strong>Right to Modify Programme<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">ICTAK reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Programme, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">a. curriculum,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">b. faculty,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">c. schedule,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">d. venue,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">e. learning platform,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">f. assessment methodology,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">g. delivery mode (offline\/online\/hybrid)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Any such modification shall not constitute grounds for a refund, cancellation, or withdrawal by the Candidate.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\">13. <strong>Fraudulent Transactions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">ICTAK reserves the right to withhold refund where payment has been made through:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">a. unauthorized cards;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">b. disputed transactions;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">c. fraudulent means;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">d. chargeback requests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Any such matter shall remain subject to investigation by ICTAK, and the refund, if any, shall be processed only upon satisfactory resolution of such investigation.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\">14. <strong>Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">ICTAK&#8217;s liability under this Policy shall be limited solely to refund of Programme Fees, where applicable and payable in accordance with this Policy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">ICTAK shall not be liable for any of the following whether direct or indirect:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">a. travel expenses;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">b. accommodation expenses;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">c. loss of employment;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">d. loss of opportunity;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">e. indirect or consequential damages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\">15. <strong>Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Any dispute arising out of this Policy shall first be resolved through mutual discussion.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\">16. <strong>Policy Amendments<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">ICTAK reserves the right to amend this Policy from time to time. Any revisions to this Policy shall be communicated to the Candidates through appropriate means and shall become effective from the date specified by ICTAK. The latest version published on the official website shall supersede all previous versions.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"nav fusion-mobile-tab-nav\"><ul class=\"nav-tabs\" role=\"tablist\"><li role=\"presentation\"><a class=\"tab-link\" data-toggle=\"tab\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"tab-9c23e197d7225eb3139\" aria-selected=\"false\" tabindex=\"-1\" id=\"mobile-fusion-tab-consent\" href=\"#tab-9c23e197d7225eb3139\"><h6 class=\"fusion-tab-heading\">Consent<\/h6><\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"tab-pane fade fusion-clearfix\" role=\"tabpanel\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-labelledby=\"fusion-tab-consent\" id=\"tab-9c23e197d7225eb3139\">\n<h1 style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #0099cc;\">CONSENT FORM FOR COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA<\/h1>\n<div id=\"Consent\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">This Consent Form is executed by the undersigned Candidate for participation in the Training Programme organised by Information &amp; Communication Technology Academy of Kerala (&#8220;ICTAK&#8221;).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><b>1. Definitions<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>Candidate<\/strong> means the person who has registered for an ICTAK Programme by paying the Registration Fee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>Registration Fee<\/strong> means the application fee paid by the Candidate while applying to the Programme by completing the Registration Form.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>Registration Form<\/strong> means the application form completed by the Candidate for registering to the Programme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>Programme<\/strong> means the training Programme offered by ICTAK for which the Candidate has registered and paid the Registration Fee.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><b>2. Categories of personal data collected<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">I understand that the following personal data may be collected and processed:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 12px;\">\n<li>Name, contact number, e-mail ID, photograph, date of birth, gender;<\/li>\n<li>Address proof, age proof, educational qualification proof;<\/li>\n<li>Community certificate in case of any Government projects, if applicable;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><b>3. Purpose of Collection of Personal Data<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">I understand and acknowledge that my personal data is being collected and processed solely for the purposes of:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 12px;\">\n<li>Verification of eligibility for the Programme;<\/li>\n<li>Selection and enrolment in the Programme;<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with applicable laws and audit requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><b>4. Access to Personal Data<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">I understand that my personal data may be accessed and used by Information &amp; Communication Technology Academy of Kerala (ICTAK) strictly for the purposes stated above.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><b>5. Confidentiality and Security<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">I understand that ICTAK shall take reasonable measures to protect my personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, or loss in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><b>6. Data Retention<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">I understand that ICTAK may retain my personal data for an extended period, including after completion, withdrawal, or discontinuation of the Programme, for purposes including record-keeping, alumni engagement, placement and career support, compliance with applicable law, audit requirements, and reporting to government or regulatory authorities. Such data shall be retained in accordance with ICTAK&#8217;s applicable data retention practices and shall be deleted or anonymised only when no longer required for the aforementioned purposes.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><b>7. Sharing of Personal Data with Third Parties<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">I understand that my personal data may be shared by ICTAK with the following categories of third parties, strictly for purposes connected with the Programme:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 12px;\">\n<li>Government departments or agencies, where the Programme is sponsored or funded by the Government;<\/li>\n<li>Academic, training, or industry partners collaborating with ICTAK for the delivery of the Programme, including but not limited to placement and career support;<\/li>\n<li>Any statutory or regulatory authority, where required under applicable law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">I understand that ICTAK shall not share my personal data with any third party for purposes unrelated to the Programme without obtaining my separate consent, except where required by law.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><b>8. Withdrawal of Consent<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">I understand that I may withdraw my consent for processing of my personal data by submitting a written request to ICTAK.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 12px;\">I further understand that withdrawal of consent may affect my continued participation in the Programme to the extent that processing of my personal data is necessary for Programme administration and compliance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><b>9.
